Beginning mid-October, approximately 100 non-native, fire hazardous trees will be removed on Fanita Pkwy between Lake Canyon Rd. and Ganley Rd. to make way for pipeline construction. The trees being removed are all are non-native and include eucalyptus, pepper and fan palms. All landscape removal is within 30 feet from the street curb. Each tree to be removed has been marked with pink or green spray paint for easy identification. The removal process is anticipated to take two to three weeks.
